2. Platform Purpose

Fahrli is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the Swiss theoretical driving license exam (categories B, A, A1).

Fahrli is not an official service of the Swiss Confederation, the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO), or the Association of Motor Vehicle Services (ASA). Fahrli does not issue any official certificates.

The user remains entirely responsible for:

  • verifying official requirements with their cantonal motor vehicle office
  • ensuring their readiness before taking the official exam
  • complying with current regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Fahrli platform (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, structure, design, source code, question database, algorithms, name and brand "Fahrli") are the exclusive property of Indelib LLC or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property laws (copyright, trademarks, patents).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles 67 and following of the Federal Copyright Act (CopA).

Regulatory content: Road signs, road markings, and Swiss regulatory elements are reproduced in accordance with current legislation (TRO, RTA, TSO) for strictly educational purposes. These elements may be subject to third-party rights (FEDRO, federal administration).

License to use: Access to Fahrli grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use. The user agrees not to:

  • copy, modify, or redistribute the application's content
  • disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the application
  • use the content for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Accuracy and Information Updates

Indelib LLC strives to maintain educational content in compliance with current Swiss regulations (Road Traffic Act - RTA, Road Traffic Ordinance - RTO, Traffic Rules Ordinance - TRO).

However, Swiss legislation evolves regularly. Indelib cannot guarantee that all information is perfectly up to date at all times.

In case of discrepancy between Fahrli content and official regulations, the latter prevails.

Users are invited to:

  • consult official sources (FEDRO, cantonal motor vehicle office)
  • report any errors or outdated information to team@fahrli.ch

Indelib is committed to correcting any reported errors within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Limitation of Liability

Educational Content

Although Fahrli is developed with the utmost care and in compliance with official sources, Indelib LLC cannot guarantee:

  • the complete absence of errors or omissions in the content
  • perfect completeness of information
  • the user's success on the official exam

Indelib cannot be held responsible for:

  • failure on the official theoretical exam
  • misinterpretation of rules by the user
  • direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of Fahrli

The user uses Fahrli at their own risk and must supplement their preparation by consulting official sources.

Service Availability

Indelib strives to ensure optimal platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily suspended for:

  • scheduled or emergency technical maintenance
  • content updates
  • technical problems beyond our control

Indelib cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions, except in cases of intentional fault or gross negligence.

Indelib cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in cases of force majeure, including: natural disaster, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, strike, major Internet infrastructure failure, cyberattack, or any event beyond its reasonable control.


9. Severability

If any clause of these legal terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the other clauses remain fully in force.

Indelib reserves the right to modify these legal terms at any time. Substantial modifications will be brought to users' attention via the application or website.
